作者选用100只7周龄雄性Kud:ddy小鼠,每笼10只。任意摄取饲料和饮水。实验组70只小鼠每天经口投予5 mg/kg氯化甲基汞溶液(0.5 mg/ml),每周投予5天,连续4周;对照组30只小鼠经口投予去离子水。实验期间观察小鼠神经症状。于末次投予后1天,检查实验小鼠,把有共济运动失调和无共济运动失调症状的小鼠各选10只分别编组。从对照组中随机抽出10只小鼠。
