省人社厅等六部门联合举办的第五届数控技能大赛山东省选拔赛于2012年7月底顺利完成赛事,共有350名选手参加比赛,其中,中职学生组70人,占20.0%;高职学生组114人,占32.6%;职工(教师)组157人,44.9%;五轴加工组合组8人,占比为2.29%。大赛中优秀选手脱颖而出,数控技能竞赛成为技能人才展示风采的舞台,是推动高技能人才队伍建设的重要手段。整个竞赛过程呈现出一些新的特点,一些经验值得重视。
Provincial People’s Club and other departments jointly organized by the six departments of the fifth NC skills contest in Shandong Province trials in the successful completion of the tournament by the end of July 2012, a total of 350 players to participate in the competition, of which 70 were secondary vocational students, accounting for 20.0%; vocational 114 students, accounting for 32.6%; 157 workers (teachers), 44.9%; five-axis machining group of 8, accounting for 2.29%. Contest outstanding players come to the fore, CNC skills competition to become a showcase of skilled talent stage, is to promote the construction of highly skilled personnel an important means. The whole contest shows some new features, some experiences worth to be valued.
