目的: 对中西医结合治疗顽固性外阴瘙痒临床疗效观察进行分析。方法: 选取我院2010年10月—2012年10月收治的顽固性外阴瘙痒患者126例,随机分为两组,甲组患者62例,采用单纯西药口服和外阴洗液清洗;乙组患者64例,采用中西医结合方法进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果: 乙组患者的临床疗效、症状缓解时间、患者满意度显著优越于甲组患者,差异性显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生因治疗操作导致严重不良后果和不适症状发生。结论: 采用中西医结合的方法治疗方法治疗顽固性外阴瘙痒可显著增加临床效果、缩短治疗时间、提高患者生活质量和满意度,安全性较高适宜依据患者的情况进行应用和治疗。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of intractable genital itching with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: Totally 126 patients with refractory genital itching treated in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, 62 patients in group A were treated with western medicine alone and the vulvar washes; Group B 64 Cases, the use of integrated traditional Chinese and Western methods of treatment, comparing the clinical effect of two groups of patients. Results: The clinical efficacy, symptom relief time and patient satisfaction were significantly superior to those of patients in group B, with significant difference (P <0.05). Neither group of patients experienced any serious adverse consequences or discomfort due to treatment. Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of intractable genital itching can significantly increase the clinical effect, shorten the treatment time and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients with higher safety appropriate for the application and treatment of patients.
