近年来利用计算机对热力学的研究,在分析和综合合金相图方面已获得了丰硕的成果。按照这一方法我们研究了 Fe-C-B 三组元的相平衡。本文对γ和 Fe_3(C、B),γ和 Fe_(23)(C、B)_6在800℃—1000℃的相平衡进行了实验研究,并根据标准溶液近似(处理方法)进行了热力学分析,估计了介稳定化合物 Fe_(23)C_6、Fe_(23)B_6和Fe_3B 的生成自由能及它们在各相中的作用参数。根据这些热力学参数,绘出了实验温度范围以及427℃和1100℃的 Fe-C-B 相图。
In recent years, the use of computer thermodynamics research, in the analysis and synthesis of alloy phase diagram has obtained fruitful results. According to this method, we study the phase equilibrium of Fe-C-B three components. In this paper, the phase equilibrium of γ and Fe_3 (C, B), γ and Fe_ (23) (C, B) __6 at 800 ℃ -1000 ℃ has been studied and the thermodynamic analysis has been carried out according to the standard solution approximation , The free energy of the formation of the stable compounds Fe 23 C 6, Fe 23 B 6 and Fe 3 B and their action parameters in each phase were estimated.
