目的:探讨密钙息联合用药治疗中老年骨质疏松性骨折的临床效果。方法:对99例中老年骨质疏松性骨折患者随机分为治疗组(鲑鱼降钙素+仙灵骨葆+骨化三醇)33例、对照组A(骨化三醇组)35例、对照组B(仙灵骨葆组)31例。3组疗程均为3个月,从治疗第4周起每2周复查X片,观察骨痂愈合情况并进行疗效对比。结果:治疗组骨折愈合时间(6.2±1.3)周与对照组A(8.1±2.1)周、对照组B(7.9±1.9)周相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组在治疗2周后疼痛症状评估(0.72±0.53)与对照组A(2.15±1.05)、对照组B(2.72±1.62)相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鲑鱼降钙素、骨化三醇和仙灵骨葆联合应用对治疗中老年骨质疏松性骨折有良好疗效。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of combination of Mi-calcium and calcium in the treatment of osteoporotic fracture in the elderly. Methods: A total of 99 elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture were randomly divided into treatment group (Salmon calcitonin + Xianlingu capsule + calcitriol) in 33 cases, control group A (calcitriol group) in 35 cases, Control group B (Xianlinggubao group) in 31 cases. Three groups of treatment were 3 months, from the 4th week after treatment every 2 weeks review of X-ray observation of callus healing and efficacy comparison. Results: The healing time (6.2 ± 1.3) in treatment group was significantly different from that in control group A (8.1 ± 2.1) and control group B (7.9 ± 1.9) weeks (P <0.01) The pain symptom assessment (0.72 ± 0.53) after 2 weeks of treatment was significantly different from that of control group A (2.15 ± 1.05) and control group B (2.72 ± 1.62) (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of salmon calcitonin, calcitriol and xianlinggu capsule has a good curative effect in the treatment of osteoporotic fracture in the elderly.
