要想把铅球推远,毫无疑问主要靠爆发力。而爆发力与运动员的最大力量和速度又有直接关系,它是力量和速度的综合表现。爆发力=力量×速度,是属于力量素质的一种。力量练习的方法、手段多种多样,大体可分为三类:一是方法与推铅球动作相似;二是方法与个别动作环节相似;三是方法与推铅球动作没有什么相似。对学生运动员来说,如何在学习之余合理、有效地进行训练,提高运动成绩,是非常重要的。作为教练员,在练习手段上就要有针对性的选择,既要讲究经济性
