目的:探究分组分层级弹性排班模式在产科临床实践中的应用效果。方法:依据产科实际,改革传统的产科管理模式,实行从助产组长—带教老师—护师级助产士—初级助产士的层级管理,采取弹性排班模式以验证分层级弹性排班模式对于助产质量及患者的满意度。结果:实施分层级弹性排班后,助产质量及医患满意度均有不同程度提升(P<0.05)。结论:产科分层级弹性值班对于提升产科日常管理、增强助产服务质量、提高医护人员综合素质,尤其对初级助产士的成长具有积极意义。
Objective: To explore the effect of sub-level flexible scheduling model in obstetrics clinical practice. Methods: According to the actual obstetrics, the reform of the traditional obstetric management mode, from the midwifery leader - teaching teacher - nurse midwifery - primary midwife level management, flexible scheduling model to verify the hierarchical elastic scheduling model for Midwifery quality and patient satisfaction. Results: After stratified elastic shift, the quality of midwifery and patient satisfaction increased to some extent (P <0.05). Conclusion: The flexible stratification of obstetrics is of great significance for improving the daily management of obstetrics, enhancing the quality of midwifery service and improving the overall quality of medical staff, especially for the growth of primary midwives.
