随着金融危机的爆发,人才市场的竞争越来越激烈,人才的需求条件的提高以及我国以“双向选择,自主择业,竞争上岗”为主体的毕业生劳动就业制度的进一步实施,不乏出现具有高等学历的毕业生与中专生同台竞技的场面,因此中专生就业比大学生要更加困难一些。从分析中专生的就业状况出发,思考着从就业指导、就业观念和心理素质培养等方面来增强中专生就业竞争优势,提高中专生的就业的比率。
With the outbreak of the financial crisis, the increasingly fierce competition in the talent market, the improvement of the demand conditions for qualified personnel, and the further implementation of the graduates’ employment system based on the principle of “two-way choice, independent employment and competitive employment” in China The emergence of highly educated graduates and secondary school students on the same stage competitive scene, so secondary school students employment more difficult than college students. Based on the analysis of the employment situation of secondary school students, this paper considered the employment advantages of secondary school students in terms of employment guidance, employment concept and psychological quality training, and improved the employment rate of secondary school students.
