社会工作是一门应用性社会科学,社会工作专业教育的目标是让学生运用专业习得的技巧服务于社会,而专业技巧的掌握主要依赖于实践教学,内蒙古地区高校社会工作专业办学时间短、基础条件差,因此实践教学很难满足社会工作人才培养的需要。内蒙古地区属于经济欠发达地区,企图依靠政府加大投入短时期内改变这种现状应该有很大难度,因此,需要高校在优势视角下,发现本地区更多的社会资源,积极探索与东部发达地区合作,推进实践教学的发展.
Social work is an applied social science. The goal of social work specialized education is to enable students to use professional skills to serve society. The mastery of professional skills depends mainly on practical teaching. The social work colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia run a short time, The basic conditions are poor, so it is difficult for practical teaching to meet the needs of social work personnel training. Inner Mongolia is an underdeveloped region and it is very difficult to rely on the government to increase its investment in order to change this situation in a short period of time. Therefore, it is necessary for colleges and universities to find more social resources in the region and explore actively the relationship with the developed eastern China Regional cooperation to promote the development of practical teaching.
