本文通过对延边公路客车厂97D型大客车电加热预应力蒙皮工艺残余应力的电测实验与有限元分析,提出了该工艺实施过程中的最佳方案及安全使用的依据。实验与计算结果的一致性,表明用有限元方法进行预热张拉残余应力分析的有效性。
In this paper, the Yanbian Highway Passenger Cars 97D electric passenger car preheat skin prestressed skin residual stress test and finite element analysis of the process proposed in the process of implementing the best program and the basis for safe use. The consistency between the experimental and calculated results shows the validity of the finite element method for pre-heating residual stress analysis.
