目的:对门诊处方进行点评,分析处方开具中存在的问题,以持续改进处方质量。方法:每月随机抽查440张处方,依照卫生部《医院处方点评管理规范》(试行)对不合理处方进行点评和综合分析。结果:2011年8月—2012年7月共点评处方5 280张,用药不合理处方262张,占4.96%,其中不规范处方116张,用药不适宜处方128张,超常处方18张。结论:我院不合理处方中以不规范处方、用药不适宜处方为主,处方开具质量亟待规范,点评后的处方经医疗管理组织制定改进措施,定期组织临床医师、药师进行探讨,以提高我院门诊处方质量。
OBJECTIVE: To make comments on outpatient prescriptions and analyze the existing problems in prescribing prescriptions so as to continuously improve the quality of prescriptions. Methods: A random sample of 440 prescriptions a month, according to the Ministry of Health “hospital prescription reviews management practices” (for trial implementation) of unreasonable prescription comments and comprehensive analysis. Results: From August 2011 to July 2012, a total of 5280 prescriptions were prescribed, accounting for 4.96% of the total, accounting for 4.96%. There were 116 non-standard prescriptions, 128 prescriptions unsuitable for medication, and 18 prescriptions for over-specification.
