目的:检测破骨细胞分化因子(RANKL)及其配体核因子-κB受体活化因子(RANK)及假性受体骨保护素(OPG)在胆脂瘤型中耳炎组织中的表达水平,探讨RANKL在胆脂瘤型中耳炎骨质破坏机制中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测RANKL、RANK和OPG在30例中耳胆脂瘤组织和20例正常外耳道皮肤中的表达。结果:RANKL、RANK在胆脂瘤组织中表达增高,阳性细胞主要位于胆脂瘤周围组织,与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t=7.758、6.482,均P<0.05);OPG的表达无明显变化,与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义。OPG/RANKL在胆脂瘤组织中较正常对照组明显降低(t=8.183,P<0.05)。结论:RANKL及RANK在中耳胆脂瘤周围组织中表达增高,与骨质破坏密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of RANKL and its ligands RANK and OPG in cholesteatoma otitis media Roles of RANKL in osteolysis of cholesteatoma otitis media. Methods: The expression of RANKL, RANK and OPG in 30 cases of middle ear cholesteatoma tissue and 20 cases of normal external auditory canal skin were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The expression of RANKL and RANK was increased in cholesteatoma tissues, and the positive cells were mainly located in the peritumoral tissue of cholesteatoma, which was significantly different from the normal control group (t = 7.758, 6.482, all P <0.05) No significant change, no significant difference compared with the normal control group. OPG / RANKL in cholesteatoma tissue was significantly lower than the normal control group (t = 8.183, P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of RANKL and RANK in peripheral tissues of middle ear cholesteatoma is increased, which is closely related to the destruction of bone.
