心钠素(Atrial Natriuretic Polypeptide,ANP)是由心脏分泌的一种激素,具有强大的利尿利钠、扩张血管、降血压的作用,在各种心血管疾病时有相应的变化,但对先心病患者的腔静脉、有心房、右心室、肺动脉和股动脉分层取血样测ANP,探讨ANP与血流动力学关系的综合报道尚少见,现将我们对39例先心病患者的检测结果报告如下。 1 对象及方法 1.1 对象 正常对照组30例,均为健康查体者。其中男16例,女14例;年龄22～49(35.5±10.1)岁。先心病患者39例,其中房缺11例,室缺16例,动脉导管未闭
