本系统是作者在三角胶带传动实验台的基础上研制的一套完整的集机械、微电子技术、软件编程技术为一体的CAT/CAI系统。实现了对扭矩、转速、传动效率、滑动系数的计算机辅助测试及曲线绘制,并研制了动态实时图象显示技术及在线数字屏幕输出,使实验台各传感器的调整安装等简化。本系统可在几分钟内完成对带的不同预紧力、不同包角情况下的性能测试,能全面了解带传动的各种特性,同时本系统不破坏原测试系统的完整性。该系统已成功地移植到螺栓实验、滑动轴承、齿轮效率等教学实验设备上。
This system is a complete set of CAT / CAI system that integrates mechanical, microelectronic technology and software programming technology developed by the author on the basis of the triangle tape transmission experiment bench. The computer aided testing and curve drawing of torque, rotational speed, transmission efficiency and sliding coefficient are realized. The dynamic real-time image display technology and on-line digital screen output are also developed to simplify the adjustment and installation of each sensor of the test bench. The system can be completed in a few minutes on the belt with different preload force, different angles under the circumstances of the performance test, can fully understand the various features with the drive, while the system does not undermine the integrity of the original test system. The system has been successfully ported to bolt experiments, sliding bearings, gear efficiency and other experimental teaching equipment.
