鉴于DP600双相钢在汽车上的广泛应用,研究了1.2 mm厚的DP600双相钢的电阻点焊工艺,得出试验的最优参数:焊接时间为16 cyc,电流为11 k A,电极压力为2.0 k N。采用显微镜和维氏硬度计等研究了焊接接头的微观组织和力学性能。微观组织主要是板条马氏体和少量的铁素体;在拉剪试验条件下点焊接头的失效形式为熔核剥离。
In view of the DP600 dual-phase steel widely used in automotive applications, the resistance spot welding process of 1.2 mm thick DP600 dual-phase steel was studied. The optimum parameters of the test were obtained: welding time is 16 cyc, current is 11 kA, electrode pressure Is 2.0 kN. The microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joint were studied by microscope and Vickers hardness tester. The microstructure is mainly lath martensite and a small amount of ferrite; the failure mode of spot welding joint under tensile shear test conditions is the nugget peel.
