选矿厂为满足年处理铁矿石约1350万吨的能力,根据实际情况为提高细碎车间碎矿机的破碎能力,将原有9#系统一台φ1650短头圆锥碎矿机更换为HPT300碎矿机,为考察HPT300碎矿机在选矿厂的实际应用情况,与16#系统φ1650短头圆锥碎矿机进行碎矿、筛分系统的流程进行考察试验,通过实验数据显示HPT300碎矿机的工序能力和筛分效率大幅度提高,同时降低工人的劳动强度,为选矿厂HPT300碎矿机的后序改造工作提供生产数据。
