一、相同含量的固体制剂在治疗上的差异固体制剂的吸收和疗效一般认为决定于主药的化学结构,因而一种产品(无论是片剂或胶囊剂)只要它合符药典或其他非法定标准的要求,就能发挥它标示量对应的治疗作用。但是,近十多年来大量的事实证明药物的晶型、粉碎的细度、制剂的处方组成(这里主要指附加剂)以及生产工艺对药物的吸收和疗效有着非常重要的影响,有的甚至使主药完全不能显现临床疗效,有的则相反由于主药的吸收超过了一般制品的数量而引起药物中毒。然而这种差异往往不能用药典或其他非法定标准检验出来。一九六三年
