制约马拉松成绩的因素有许多 ,比如运动员的身体状况、营养条件、天气状况等都会影响到运动员正常水平的发挥。本文运用文献研究法、访问面谈法、问卷调查法 ,采用一个具体的例子 ,从营养管理方面分析了如何在集训期和赛前科学有效地进行营养安排 ,得出了在不同时期对不同类型的运动员应采用不同的营养手段的重要结论。
There are many factors that limit the marathon performance, such as the physical condition of athletes, nutritional conditions, weather conditions, etc. will affect the normal level of athletes play. This article uses literature research method, interview method and questionnaire method to adopt a concrete example to analyze how to make scientific and effective nutrition arrangement during the training period and before the competition from different aspects of nutrition management. Athletes should adopt important conclusions about different means of nutrition.
