In order to understand the suitable leaf area index (LAI) of cultivated grapevine in a canopy greenhouse, the ability of photosynthate production from the shade-leaf and the sun-set leaves was compared in an unwarranted rose rosette plantation. The results showed that the dry matter weight of the backlit leaf plot increased less: the net yield of the sunny leaf plot exceeded 30%. In the two plot experiments, photosynthetic products were the most distributed in the fruit and less in the root system, especially the distribution rate of the backlit leaf community was lower.
