临床上常见声带麻痹,喉部肿瘤、外伤是其明显病因.但喉外恶性肿瘤累及或压迫喉运动神经致声带麻痹者也可遇到.我科自1992～1996年共遇这类患者15例,现报告如下.1 临床资料15例患者中,男10例,女5例.年龄为45～78岁,平均61岁.声带麻痹侧别:左侧9例,右侧6例.声带麻痹位置:旁正中位9例,中间位5例,正中位1 例.15例中,食管癌3例,肺癌7例,纵隔肿瘤3例,甲状腺癌2例.以声嘶首诊耳鼻咽喉科9例,其中有4例误诊.误诊时间:2例为1个月,1 例为2个月,另1例为3个月.其余6例为会诊病例.
