由国家行政学院科研部和外国经济学说研究会北京分会共同召开的“入世2周年回顾与展望研讨会”,于2004年1月4日在国家行政学院召开。商务部、国家外汇管理局、中国人民大学、北京大学、北京师范大学、首都经贸大学、首都师范大学、北京工商大学、经济学动态杂志社、教学与研究杂志社和中国人民大学学报等单位的40余位专家、学者和负责同志参加了会议。与会代表介绍了入世以来政府管理部门运行与改革的有关情况,并对入世后经济运行遇到的新问题进行了深入研讨,提出了相应的对策建议。现将会议观点综述如下。
The Seminar on “Review and Prospect of the 2nd Anniversary of WTO Accession” co-convened by the Scientific Research Department of the State Administration Institute and the Beijing Chapter of the Seminar on Foreign Economic Studies was held on January 4, 2004 at the State Administration of Administration. Ministry of Commerce, State Administration of Foreign Exchange, Renmin University of China, Peking University, Beijing Normal University, Capital University of Economics and Business, Capital Normal University, Beijing Technology and Business University, Journal of Economic Dynamics, Teaching and Research Journal, and Renmin University of China More than 40 experts, scholars and responsible comrades attended the conference. The delegates introduced the operation and reform of the government administration since the accession to the WTO and discussed in depth the new problems encountered in the economic operation after the accession to the WTO and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Now the meeting points are summarized below.
