目的:通过观察受孕小鼠孕期给补肾方剂对其子代胎儿宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)模型抗致病性大肠杆菌能力及网状内皮系统(RES)吞噬功能的影响,探讨中医“肾为先天之本,肾主生殖发育”和“补母益子”理论。方法:将同期妊娠小鼠分为正常对照组、IUGR模型组、左归丸组、右归丸组、五子衍宗丸组、四君子汤组,共6组。模型组于孕第7天用40%乙醇灌胃,12 mL·kg-1,1日1次,共14 d,各治疗组分别在造模的同时ig予补肾方剂(五子衍宗丸、左归丸、右归丸)及补气方剂(四君子汤),30 g·kg-1,30 mL·kg-1,1日1次,共14 d。每窝子鼠2~4只供检测各组子1代小鼠抗致病性大肠杆菌能力及网状内皮系统(RES)吞噬功能。结果:孕鼠于孕7~20 d ig补肾方剂左归丸的子鼠感染致病性大肠杆菌24 h存活率(8只)明显高于IUGR模型组(P<0.05)及正常对照组(P<0.05);IUGR模型子鼠RES碳粒廓清吞噬指数K(1.15±0.14)及校正吞噬指数α(5.68±2.63)均显著低于正常对照组(2.14±0.14,9.26±1.67,P<0.05),而补肾方剂左归丸组吞噬指数K及校正吞噬指数α为(2.54±0.12,8.51±1.94)、右归丸组为(0.98±0.07,8.86±1.76)、五子衍宗丸组(2.28±0.09,8.70±1.32)均明显高于模型组(P<0.05)而接近正常组;补气方剂四君子汤对子代的抗细菌感染力及RES吞噬功能未见明显作用。结论:孕鼠于孕7~20 d ig左归丸等补肾方剂,可显著提高IUGR小鼠的免疫力,从免疫学角度为中医“肾为先天之本,肾主生殖发育”和“补母益子”理论提供了实验依据。

Results: The survival rate of 24 h in pathogenic E. coli infected by Zuogui pill was significantly higher than that in IUGR model group (P <0.05) and normal control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). Correlation of phagocytic index K (1.15 ± 0.14) and corrected phagocytic index α (5.68 ± 2.63) in RES of IUGR model rats were significantly lower than those in control group (2.14 ± 0.14,9.26 ± 1.67, P <0.05) , And that of Zuogui pill group was (2.54 ± 0.12,8.51 ± 1.94), that of Yougui pill group was (0.98 ± 0.07, 8.86 ± 1.76), and that of Wuzi Yanzong pill group was (2.28 ± 0.09) , 8.70 ± 1.32) were significantly higher than the model group (P <0.05) and close to the normal group; Buqi Recipe Sijunzi Decoction had no significant effect on the antibacterial ability and RES phagocytosis of offspring. Conclusion: Pregnant mice in the pregnancy 7 ~ 20 d ig Zuogui pill and other Bushen recipe, can significantly improve the immunity of IUGR mice, from the immunological point of view for the Chinese medicine ”kidney is the birth of this, kidney reproductive development“ and The theory of ”complementing mother and child" provides experimental evidence.
