这些年来,笔者不时在各种媒体发现:“少儿无歌唱”的责任,基本归罪于作曲家不勤奋,没有社会责任感所致。待笔者经过长期调查了解后才明白,真正造成少儿无歌唱这一尴尬局面,不单是作曲家,而很多关键问题,都是社会综合因素形成的,不看到这一点,只片面指责作曲家.不仅不公正,也不是结症所在,下面,就“少儿无歌唱”的几个重要方面,谈点个人看法:经笔者大量的实地考察,据不完全统计,全国现有公开发行的专业音乐期刊就达30余家,其中《儿童音乐》、《校园歌声》、《中小学音乐报》等等都是发表少儿歌曲的专门刊物,其他的20多家歌刊,不少都开设有“儿
Over the past few years, I have found out in various media from time to time that the responsibility of “children without singing” basically blames the composers for their diligence and lack of social responsibility.
