小儿心电图研究自1908年由Nicolai 氏报告以来,至今已有70年历史。我国目前尚无小儿心电图正常值统一标准。本文仅就日本小儿心电图正常值研究做概略介绍。历史概况日本研究小儿心电图正常值始于1928年佐佐木报告的以脚气心为对照的健康乳儿及儿童的标准导联心电图,其次久野村于1941年以小儿毒痢及赤痢心为对照,检查2～7岁小儿30例。
The pediatric ECG study has been 70 years old since it was reported by Nicolai in 1908. At present, there is no uniform standard of normal ECG in children in our country. This article only on Japan’s normal research of pediatric ECG to do a rough introduction. History of Japan’s study of normal children’s electrocardiogram began in 1928 Sasaki reported to the standard of the foot and the control of healthy children and children of the standard ECG lead, followed by the long field village in 1941 with pediatric poisoning dysentery and red diarrhea as control, check 2 ~ 7-year-old children in 30 cases.
