研究了SiC颗粒增强LY12复合材料在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl水溶液中的电化学行为和腐蚀特性,考察了SiC加入量的影响,探讨了增强体/基体界面的腐蚀行为在复合材料腐蚀中的作用,结果表明:复合材料的电化学行为与未增强材料相似,腐蚀形态为点蚀和均匀腐蚀,界面区的优先溶解造成了复合材料表面的均匀腐蚀,并在一定程度上抑制了点蚀。
The electrochemical behavior and corrosion behavior of SiC particle reinforced LY12 composites in 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution were investigated. The effects of SiC addition amount, the corrosion behavior of the reinforcement / matrix interface on the corrosion of composite materials The results show that the electrochemical behavior of the composites is similar to that of the non-reinforced materials. The corrosion morphology is pitting corrosion and uniform corrosion. The preferential dissolution in the interface region leads to the uniform corrosion of the composite surface and to a certain extent, eclipse.
