以球铁的型内球化处理所获得的数据为依据，分析了型内球化机理，并建立了反应室中球化剂的熔解系数与球铁中残留镁量之间关系的回归方程，可以在采用型内球化生产球铁时参考．
Based on the data obtained by the ball-in-ball process, the internal spheroidization mechanism was analyzed, and the regression equation of the relationship between the melting coefficient of the nodulizer in the reaction chamber and the amount of residual magnesium in the ductile iron was established. Can be used in the type of ball production of ductile iron reference.
