南京军区工程兵部于1990年9月,在上海市主持召开了《上海市人口应急疏散系统研究》课题鉴定会。出席会议的有军内外25个单位的专家、教授和工程技术人员,共47人。该课题组经过广泛调查,征询了24位专家的意见,以核毁伤分析为基础,在充分占有资料的前提下,运用系统分析的方法,按疏散需要量和允许量建模,并考虑了效费分析。经过二年多的努力,完成了预定的科研任务。 In September 1990, the Nanjing Military Region Corps of Engineers presided over the appraisal meeting of “Research on Shanghai’s Population Emergency Evacuation System” in Shanghai.
