目的研究脑局灶-局灶(1次脑局灶缺血后间隔一定时间再次脑局灶缺血)缺血动物模型的制作。方法按 Longa 线栓法制成大鼠脑局灶-局灶缺血耐受模型,并对其神经功能进行评价,同时探讨脑缺血耐受时间窗的设定。结果预处理组与脑缺血组神经功能评分分别为(1.12±0.64)分,(2.33±0.98)分,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论配合显微外科进行脑缺血预处理时,在手术显微镜下缝合颈总动脉的剪口,这样制备的模型更精确,是理想的局灶-局灶缺血耐受模型。
Objective To study the preparation of an animal model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion (once-a-focal ischemia-reperfusion after a certain interval of time). Methods According to the Longa suture method, the model of focal ischemic tolerance in rats was made and its neurological function was evaluated. The time window of cerebral ischemic tolerance was also explored. Results The scores of neurological function in preconditioning group and cerebral ischemia group were (1.12 ± 0.64) points and (2.33 ± 0.98) points respectively, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusions In the preconditioning of cerebral ischemia with microsurgery, the incision of the common carotid artery was sutured under a surgical microscope. This model is more accurate and is an ideal focal-focal ischemic tolerance model.
