目的:研究不同起源部位室性早搏发生率与心室肌细胞电生理异质性的关系。方法:应用12导联同步动态心电图检测482例室性早搏患者,计算各起源部位室性早搏发生率。结果:右心室流出道早搏发生率最高,为34.02%;左心室流出道早搏发生率为9.13%;右心室各部位早搏总发生率62.86%;左心室各部位早搏总发生率37.14%;右心室早搏发生率明显高于左心室。结论:不同起源部位室性早搏发生率与心肌细胞电生理异质性相一致。
Objective: To study the relationship between the incidence of ventricular premature beats and the electrophysiological heterogeneity of ventricular myocytes in different regions of origin. Methods: 482 cases of premature ventricular contractions were detected by 12-lead synchronous dynamic electrocardiogram, and the incidence of ventricular premature beats was calculated. Results: The incidence of premature right ventricular outflow tract preeclampsia was 34.02%, the incidence of premature left ventricular outflow tract was 9.13%, the incidence of premature ventricular contractions in right ventricle was 62.86%, the incidence of premature ventricular contractions in right ventricle was 37.14% The incidence of premature beats was significantly higher than that of the left ventricle. Conclusion: The incidence of ventricular premature beats in different origins is consistent with the electrophysiological heterogeneity of cardiomyocytes.
