本文简要地阐述了电——气伺服阀控制系统的技术特点和研究现状,针对这类系统数学模型建模过程中的最困难一环——容腔压力方程提出了一种辨识建模方法。实验及理论分析证明该方法可解决至今为止未能较好解决的电——气伺服控制系统建模问题。本文的研究结果为进一步应用各种现代控制校正理论、改善系统的性能品质提供了有效的方法。
In this paper, the technical characteristics and research status of the electro-pneumatic servo valve control system are briefly described. Aiming at the most difficult part of the modeling process of the mathematical model of this system, the pressure equation of the cavity presents an identification modeling method. Experiments and theoretical analysis show that this method can solve the problem of modeling the electro-pneumatic servo control system that has not been solved so far. The results of this paper provide an effective method to further apply various modern control theory and improve the system performance and quality.
