上海航天设备制造总厂经过多年研究开发的搅拌摩擦焊技术,重点突破了超大厚板焊接、3D焊接、焊缝跟踪、恒压力控制、无“匙孔”焊接等关键技术,目前取得10多项具有完全自主知识产权的发明专利。该技术经10多家企业使用证明性能良好,填补了国内空白,打破了发达国家对我国的技术封锁,且价格与国外同类先进装备相比降低30%以上。
