本文报道了含氮马氏体薄壳淬火新工艺方法和利用该方法处理灰口铸铁汽缸套的初步研究成果。研究成果的主要体现是,用很短的工艺时间获取了10000~12800小时的缸套寿命。生产效率和成本问题对大量生产的缸套是非常重要的。本文在对淬火工艺特点、缸套硬化浅层组织和性能等方面的分析中,说明了在铸铁缸套大批量生产中采用含氮马氏体薄壳淬火工艺的合理性。此外,针对铸铁的成份偏析和石墨存在的特点,对处理后硬化层的转变产物形态和试验中发现的一些现象做了初步分析。
In this paper, a new method of quenching nitrogen-containing martensite thin shell and preliminary research results of the gray cast iron cylinder liner using this method are reported. The main manifestation of the research results is that with a short process time to obtain 10000 ~ 12800 hours of liner life. Production efficiency and cost issues are important for mass-produced liners. In this paper, the characteristics of the quenching process, the hardening of the cylinder liner and the performance of the analysis of the other aspects, shows that the mass production of cast iron cylinder liner using martensite nitrogen shell hardening rationale. In addition, according to the composition segregation of cast iron and the existence of graphite, the morphology of the hardened layer after the treatment and some of the phenomena found in the test were analyzed.
