红参自动化配重机的研制

为了解决红参出口,需采用标准重量、支数的压块小包装之要求,研制出以单片机为基础的自动化配重机,生产效率达30kg/h,配重精度为600+3g。本文阐述了配重机的工作原理与结构特征,详叙了单片机控制系统硬件、软件的设计及其功能,还用数字仿真法协助确定配重机设计参数,并对各性能指标进行了预测。该机经大量实地试验测定,配重所达指标与数字仿真试验结果一致。 In order to solve the export of red ginseng, it is required to use the standard weight and the number of compact briquetting requirements to develop an automated counterweight machine based on a single chip microcomputer. The production efficiency reaches 30kg / h and the counterweight accuracy is 600 + 3g. In this paper, the working principle and structural features of the counterweight machine are described. The design and function of the hardware and software of the control system of the single chip microcomputer are described in detail. The digital simulation method is also used to determine the design parameters of the counterweight machine. The performance indexes are also predicted. The machine was measured by a large number of field tests, counterweight indicators reached the same number of simulation results.
