2010年我国将要实施中国第四阶段排放要求,围绕我国汽油质量规格的制定石油界以及汽车界正在展开激烈的讨论。我国汽油与国外汽油质量相比,烯烃较高,而芳烃大致相当或略低。汽油中的烯烃、芳烃易在发动机进气阀、燃烧室形成沉积物,从而影响发动机的性能。本文从清净性的角度,用实验室模拟手段以及Ford 2.3L标准发动机台架研究了汽油芳烃对进气阀以及燃烧室沉积物的影响。
China will implement the fourth phase of China’s emission requirements in 2010, and the petroleum circles as well as the automobile circles around the formulation of China’s gasoline quality specifications are having heated discussions. Compared to the quality of gasoline in our country, the olefins are higher while the aromatics are roughly the same or slightly lower. Gasolines, aromatic hydrocarbons in the engine intake valve, the formation of sediments in the combustion chamber, thus affecting the performance of the engine. In this paper, from the purge point of view, using laboratory simulation and Ford 2.3L standard engine bench to study the impact of aromatics on the intake valve and the combustion chamber sediment.
