1989年本刊(原名《国外科学仪器》)第三期曾发表王文真、蒋士强、林夕三位先生的论近红外光谱分析仪在我国的应用的论文。文中对美国Trebor公司及其代理商美中互利工业公司销售的产品提出了尖锐的批评。我们在编者按中提出希望该公司端正经营作风,尽快向用户赔偿损失,作好售后服务,挽回影响。不料,事情过去三年有余,问题仍未解决。最近,我们又陆续收到许多用户来信,揭露上述两公司不顾信誉,不负责任,至今仍未采取有效措施,经营作风甚差。今天,在本刊“用户评论”开栏第一篇就是其中的一封来信。作者仍是三年前那几位深受其害而又非常认真的用户。这表明了我们的态度。应该指出的是,据我们了解,用户指控的Ttrbor公司的这种产品,无论在美国还是中国,都有检验证明其质量有问题,我国有关单位难道不应吸取教训,采取更有力的补救措施吗?
In the third issue of the 1989 publication (formerly known as “Foreign Scientific Instruments”), Wang Wenzhen, Jiang Shiqiang, and Lin Xisan have published articles on application of near-infrared spectroscopy in China. The article made sharp criticisms on the products sold by Trebor Company and its agents, U.S. and China-based Huili Industry. In the editor’s press, we put forward hope that the company will maintain its operating style, compensate the users for losses as soon as possible, and make good after-sales service to restore the impact. Unexpectedly, over the past three years, the matter has not been resolved. Recently, we have successively received letters from many users, exposing the above two companies regardless of their credibility and irresponsibility. To this day, they have not yet taken effective measures and their operating style is very poor. Today, the first article in the opening column of this article “user review” is one of these letters. The author is still a few users who were seriously and seriously taken three years ago. This shows our attitude. It should be pointed out that, as far as we know, Ttrbor’s products accused by users, whether in the United States or China, have been tested and proved to be of quality and problems. Shouldn’t our country’s relevant units draw lessons and adopt stronger remedial measures? ?
