一、概 况 为了摸索改造山坑渍害低产田的技术和经验,从1983年开始,水电部农水司与广东省水电厅(农水处、水科所农水室)、肇庆地区农委、广宁县、郁南县农委、农田基建办公室、水电局及有关区、乡共同合办整治山坑渍害低产田试点有:广宁县横径片1700亩,郁南县茆岗片1490亩,另外对郁南县红花村整治山坑渍害低产田80亩。
