随着工业设备自动化控制技术的发展,可编程控制器(PLC)在工业设备控制中的应用越来越广泛。PLC控制系统的可靠性直接影响到企业的安全生产和经济运行,系统的抗干扰能力是关系到整个系统可靠运行的关键。本文对油库汽、柴油储罐液位上传数据显示波动现象的原因从电气和自动化的角度进行了分析,并提出了系统排除干扰的实施意见。
With the development of automation control technology in industrial equipment, the application of programmable logic controller (PLC) in industrial equipment control is more and more widely used. The reliability of the PLC control system directly affects the safety production and economic operation of the enterprise. The anti-interference ability of the system is the key to the reliable operation of the entire system. This paper analyzes the reason of fluctuation phenomenon of oil level uploading data of oil depot steam and diesel oil storage tanks from the perspective of electric and automation and puts forward some advice on how to eliminate interference by system.
