通过分析恢复系明恢63、明恢86、航1号及其组合在不同生育时期的光合效率,结果表明不同的品种在不同生育期的光合效率表现各异。在抽穗期,汕优63的光合效率最大,为19.2μmol·m-·2s-1,明恢86的光合效率最小,为12.6μmol·m-2·s-1;且不同品种间存在显著差异。在灌浆期,Ⅱ优航1号的光合效率最大,为14.3μmol·m-2·s-1,航1号的光合效率最小,为12.1μmol·m-2·s-1,各品种间差异不如抽穗期显著;成熟期,各恢复系及其组合之间不存在显著差异,但同一品种在不同的测定时间点上也会存在显著差异,这表明太阳光的强度对水稻的光合作用造成较大的影响。通过对各生育期的光合效率的比较,结果表明从抽穗期到成熟期,对于不同品种,其光合效率的变化趋势是相同的,都是由高到低。考种及测产结果表明,水稻的光合效率和产量具有一定的相关性。
By analyzing the photosynthetic efficiency of restore lines Minghui63, Minghui86, Hang No.1 and their combinations at different growth stages, the photosynthetic efficiency of different varieties at different growth stages showed different performance.
