本文通过介绍做市商的基本概念以及目前在我国的发展状况,对我国将采用的做市商制度从做市商本身建设、监管体系、运作机制三个方面进行了具体的设计。
By introducing the basic concept of market maker and the current development in our country, this paper designs the market maker system to be used in our country from three aspects: market maker’s own construction, supervision system and operating mechanism.
