大麻(Cannabis sativa L.)为桑科大麻属一年生草本植物。这一古老物种起源于中亚地区,在中国已有约7 000年的栽培历史。中国大麻的价值主要在于纤维制品以及食用和药用。西汉时期《氾胜之书》就有大麻栽培方法的详细叙述,之后文字记载从未间断;成书于东汉的《神农本草经》则把大麻入药的历史追溯到了公元前2 300年。大麻作为一种寻求精神刺激的瘾品,则被普遍认为起源于印度,以神秘体验为基础的印度大麻
Cannabis sativa L. is an annual herb of the genus Cochrane. This ancient species originated in Central Asia and has been cultivated for about 7,000 years in China.
