腹腔镜诊治异位妊娠临床价值评价

目的研究分析异位妊娠患者采用腹腔镜进行诊治的临床价值。方法对我院2010年2月至2011年6月收取的58例异位妊娠患者进行回顾分析。结果两组患者手术过程中的出血量对比P<0.01,有统计学意义;两组手术时间对比P>0.05为差异无统计学意义,这说明腹腔镜与开腹手术的手术时间相差不大;两组患者住院时间对比P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义;治疗组患者术后病率为42.5%,观察组为5.8%,两组对比P<0.01,差异具有显著性。结论腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠安全有效,但是手术过程中,腹腔镜内会积血量较大,这就增加了手术的难度,但是若处理正确,手术也可顺利完成,与传统手术方式相比,腹腔镜手术的术中出血量以及住院时间均较少,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。 Objective To study the clinical value of laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 58 cases of ectopic pregnancy collected in our hospital from February 2010 to June 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The bleeding volume during the operation of the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01, P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the operation time, which showed that the operating time of laparoscopy and laparotomy was similar. The hospitalization time between the two groups was P <0.01, the difference was statistically significant; the postoperative morbidity rate was 42.5% in the treatment group and 5.8% in the observation group, the difference was significant between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery is safe and effective in treating ectopic pregnancy. However, laparoscopic surgery will increase the volume of blood in the laparoscope, which increases the difficulty of the operation. However, if the treatment is correct, the operation can be completed successfully. Compared with the traditional surgical methods Than, laparoscopic surgery, intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay are less, it is worth further clinical application.
