依据北京市疾病预防控制中心《食品中食源性致病菌监测总体方案》要求,于2008-2010年对北京市西城区市售食品进行随机采样及检测,监测指标为大肠菌群、沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肠出血性大肠埃希菌中的O157H7、单增李斯特菌、副溶血性弧菌。共监测食品407件,大肠菌群共监测278件。食品中存在食源性致病菌的污染,检出沙门菌1株,金黄色葡萄球菌4株,单增李斯特菌9株,副溶血性弧菌1株。且不同取样场所和不同食品食源性致病菌检出率差异有统计学意义。因此,应进一步加强对食品中食源性致病菌的监测和检查,减少由此引起的食源性疾病的发生。
According to the requirements of “The Overall Program of Foodborne Pathogenic Bacteria Monitoring in Food” of Beijing Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention, commercially available foods in Xicheng District of Beijing were randomly sampled and tested during 2008-2010. The monitoring indicators were coliform bacteria, Salmonella , Staphylococcus aureus, O157H7 in enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, Vibrio parahaemolyticus. A total of 407 food surveillance, coliform bacteria were monitored 278 cases. Food-borne pathogens in food contamination, detection of Salmonella 1, Staphylococcus aureus 4, Listeria monocytogenes 9, 1 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. And there was significant difference in the detection rate of food-borne pathogens between different sampling sites and different foodstuffs. Therefore, we should further strengthen foodborne pathogenic bacteria in food monitoring and inspection, reduce the resulting foodborne diseases.
