本文采用气相色谱-质谱联用方法分析了刺五加果实中挥发油的化学成份,并确定了其中16种化合物的结构及含量.其中主要成份是:β-石竹烯(35.39%)、β-芹子烯(25．92%)、反式-β-法呢烯(12．54%).
In this paper, the chemical constituents of the essential oil of Acanthopanax senticosus were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and the structures and contents of 16 kinds of compounds were determined.The main constituents were: β-Caryophyllene (35.39%), β- (25.92%), trans-β-farnesene (12.54%).
