近年来,随着医院改革发展的不断深入,医院职工队伍也随之进一步壮大。在新时期新形势下如何有效提升医院职工的思想政治素质,引导他们树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,把他们的思想引向健康发展的轨道,最大限度地发挥他们的聪明才智,调动他们工作的积极性和创造性,就显得尤为重要。根据本人医院思想政治工作的多年实践经验,本文主要探讨了医院职工思想政治工作的有效性问题,并进而提出若干解决措施。
