在中学生体育教学中,教师是否能合理安排和调节中学生的运动负荷和心理负荷,往往直接关系到一节体育课是否成功,是否达到锻炼中学生身体的目的。一、运动负荷和心理负荷的含义所谓运动负荷,又称运动量或生理负荷,它是指人做练习时所承受的生理负担量。心理负荷则指人做练习时所承受的心理负担量,它一般包括认识、情绪、意志三方面的负荷。在中学生体育教学中,只有运动负荷和心理负荷保持适宜,才能收到较好的教学效果,过小过大都不行。过小,则达不到锻炼的目的;过大,又超出了中学生身心所能
