近年来,广西壮族自治区财政部门不断加强和规范政府非税收入管理,相继颁布了一系列管理办法,并全面启用新版非税收入收缴管理系统,非税收入管理工作取得实质性成效。但从长远来看,还必须进一步深化非税收入管理改革,努力实现“来源规范化、征收系统化、管理预算化、手段科学化”的总体目标。具体体现在以下几个方面:
In recent years, the financial department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has been continuously strengthening and standardizing the administration of non-tax revenue by the government and has successively promulgated a series of management measures.
