根据行车荷载引起的桥梁振动,探讨不同峰值振动加速度来模拟交通状态,分别就早龄期新老混凝土的黏结性能进行试验。结果表明:在初凝前期,不同峰值振动对新老混凝土黏结性具有增强作用,初凝至终凝阶段,轻量级振动对混凝土黏结面的影响不大,中等、重载振动将影响黏结面的抗拉强度,终凝后轻量级振动对黏结面的影响不显著,而中等振动对黏结面的早期强度影响较大,特别是重载振动下会造成整体黏结面强度的下降。
According to the bridge vibration caused by driving load, the different peak vibration accelerations are discussed to simulate the traffic conditions, and the bonding behavior of old and new concrete are tested respectively. The results show that different peak vibrations can enhance the adhesion of old and new concrete in the early stage of initial setting. From initial setting to final setting stage, the effect of the light weight vibration on the bonded surface of concrete is not obvious. The medium and heavy load vibrations will affect the bonding surface After the final setting, the effect of the light weight vibration on the bonding surface is insignificant, but the medium vibration has a great influence on the early strength of the bonding surface, especially under the heavy load vibration, which leads to the decrease of the overall bonding surface strength.
