一、沈阳市国有企业公司制改革的基本情况沈阳市国有企业公司制改革试点始于八十年代后期,以金杯汽车股份有限公司的成立并公开向社会发行股票为标志。但规范化的公司制改革是在1993年11月党的十四届三中全会明确提出“国有企业改革的方向是建立现代企业制度,公司制改组是有益的探索”以后。截止到1999年11月未,全市126户国有大中型企业中,中省直的41户企业已有7户完成改
I. Basic Information on the System Reform of State-owned Enterprise in Shenyang The pilot reform of state-owned enterprise in Shenyang began in the late 1980s with the establishment of the Gold Cup Automobile Co., Ltd. and the public issuance of stocks to the public.
