3.15来了,有关电信服务的投诉一时成为社会热点。消费者说:短信陷阱、电话卡余额不退,再让我不满,我找消协投诉!信产部说:如何使电信服务让老百姓更满意?我们一直在努力。运营商说:不断从认识上和行动上进行自我改进,力求消费者满意。电信专家说:消费者对电信服务的评价可以理解,但不意味着所有评价都正确且有理有据。然而,社会各界对电信业的批评说明广大消费者已越来越离不开电信业,无论评价的好坏对错都是对电信业提出更高期望的表现。消费者的关注是电信业永远前进的动力!
