We started in 2010, “topic discussion ” column, welcome readers to participate in the discussion of the relevant topics (or debate), and will invite experts in human resources to comment on the discussion. Contributions to the point of view clear, well-founded. The purpose of the discussion is not to conclude, but rather to promote innovation in thinking and institutions.
